RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR SHOP CREDIT ONLY.
Domestic Orders: Inspect your order immediately and report damages to the parcel carrier. Items damaged in shipping can not be returned unless the damages were immediately reported to the parcel carrier upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we want to know about it. Please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Return items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Shipping is customer/buyer responsibility.
Custom Design Orders: Personalized and custom design projects are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International Orders: All sales are Final.
