Native sheet copper. One of a kind sculptural naturally formed copper. Thick sheet formation with embedded shale in copper. Found in nonesuch shale, White Pine Mine, Michigan. Copper grew along the bedding planes of the shale, resulting in its unique sheet-like structure. Approximately 3.5 inches x 4 inches.
